WettingPants respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. We respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

Filing a takedown notice

If you believe content on WettingPants infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent at wetp-pro@proton.me including all of the following:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  3. The exact URL(s) of the allegedly infringing content on our site.
  4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

Counter-notification

If your content was removed and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address with: your signature; identification of the removed content and its previous location; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed by mistake; and your contact information and consent to jurisdiction.

Repeat infringers

We will, in appropriate circumstances, disable or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
