1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using WettingPants (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms and to our Community Guidelines and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility — 18+
The Service contains adult content. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to create an account or view content. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement.
3. Your account
You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your password secure. You must provide accurate registration information. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the Community Guidelines.
4. Content you upload
You retain ownership of the content you upload. You grant WettingPants a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, store, and display your content for the purpose of operating the Service. You are solely responsible for your content and warrant that it complies with our Community Guidelines — in particular that every person depicted is 18 or older and has consented.
5. Donator membership
Becoming a Donator grants access to content tagged “donator” for the stated duration. Pricing and duration are shown on the Donator page. Unless required by law, payments are non-refundable and treated as donations to support the site.
6. Prohibited use
You may not use the Service to break the law, infringe others' rights, or upload prohibited content as described in the Community Guidelines. We may remove content and ban accounts at our discretion.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time.
8. Disclaimer & liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, WettingPants is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
